This beautiful double front cottage has been renovated and extended creating a beautiful family home. The front rooms were renovated, and a walk in robe and luxurious ensuite added to the master bedroom. The original living room was renovated and a highlight opening created with clever sliding doors overlooking the kitchen.

A modern extension was then added including an open plan kitchen complete with butlers pantry/ living / dining space and laundry. This is a lovely airy space with polished concrete floors and large black aluminium sliding doors opening onto an undercover entertaining deck.

Upstairs three spacious bedrooms and a stunning bathroom were added.

In contrast to the front the back of this home is very modern with commercial profile aluminium windows and cladding in charcoal Matrix Scyon and white Linea Scyon weatherboards. The bright yellow exposed steel beams around the outdoor space add to that modern feel.
