This client worked with Nicholas Hardy Architects to design a modern three-bedroom townhouse on this tight corner block in Prahran.

Utilising several different external finishes including render, timber cladding, Alutile and nu-wall aluminium cladding has added interest to the outside of this modern home.

On the ground level are two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and a billiard room complete with built in bar. Upstairs is light and airy with a kitchen/living/dining space opening up to a large terrace at the rear. At the front of the house is the master suite complete with robes, an ensuite and study nook. There is also garage parking the rear via the back lane.
