This client was living in a lovely spot, right opposite a park on a corner block. Rather than move this couple decided to sub-divide their exisiting block and build a new home.

Working closely with Herbert & Howes architects this couple designed a two storey modern home to suit their family’s needs.

Downstairs there is a master bedroom with walk in robes and an ensuite, a study, powder room and a spacious open plan living dining kitchen opening onto a private terraced area. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, a family bathroom and a living space overlooking the park and oval opposite.
